Key Responsibilities
Performance Management
- Drive the goal-setting, mid-year, and final appraisal process for regional employees.
- Maintain and improve balanced scorecards for marketing and operations teams.
- Ensure all activities are completed within timelines.
Promotion Handling
- Manage the promotion process (regular, fast-track, and actuarial-related increments).
- Ensure accurate communication and timely updates in systems.
System Readiness
- Ensure PMS tools/systems (like Darwinbox) are ready before key cycles (goal setting, reviews).
- Collect feedback to improve user experience and system performance.
Process Improvement
- Research and implement best practices in PMS.
- Lead special PMS-related projects to make the process more effective and engaging.
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with internal stakeholders like HR, Operations, and Business Heads.
- Provide regular updates and support related to PMS activities
