Position Overview:.
- As a Digital Marketing Manager at Peerbits (and its subsidiary businesses), you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing strategies to drive online growth and brand visibility.
- You will lead a team of digital marketing specialists and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve our marketing goals.
Job Responsibilities.
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Identify and target key audiences to maximize brand exposure.
- Create and oversee content marketing plans, including blog posts, social media content, videos, and email campaigns.
- Ensure content is engaging, relevant, and optimized for SEO.
- Manage and improve all company website SEO performance.
- Monitor keyword rankings and implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.
- Monitor ad spend and ROI, making adjustments as needed.
- Develop and maintain a strong presence on social media platforms.
- Engage with the audience, respond to comments, and manage online communities.
- Create and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage existing customers, and drive conversions.
- Develop cold email outreach strategies to generate leads, expand the customer base, and initiate meaningful business relationships.
- Monitor email performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Job Requirements (Must Have):
- 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing for IT / ITes product or service business.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager in a similar industry.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC) and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Coaching & Mentorship: Ability to train and mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to enable their success.
- Familiarity with relevant tools (e. Semrush, ahref, Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ) and web analytics tools (e. Google Analytics, WebTrends).
