Payroll Consultant - Darwinbox Practice

Payroll Configuration & Implementation

- Lead or support payroll module configuration on the Darwinbox platform, including salary structures, tax rules, reimbursements, loans, bonuses, statutory deductions, and payroll calendars.

- Translate client payroll policies into system logic and validate against Darwinboxs capabilities and best practices.

- Ensure proper mapping of payroll inputs and outputs, including integrations with attendance, leave, and finance modules.

- Client Engagement and Advisory

- Data Validation and Parallel Runs

- Audit and Compliance

- Post Go Live Support

Key Skills & Experience:

- 610 years of experience in payroll consulting or operations; experience with Darwinbox is mandatory.

- Strong understanding of Indian payroll laws; exposure to other geographies (MENA, SEA) is a plus.

- Hands-on experience in payroll configuration and implementation lifecycle.

- Excellent problem-solving and client communication skills.

- Familiarity with payroll integrations to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally) and statutory e- filing platforms.

Good to Have

- Experience with HR transformation, shared services setup, or payroll outsourcing.

- Functional understanding of leave, attendance, and compensation modules in Darwinbox.

- Certification in Darwinbox Payroll Implementation (if applicable).
