Were looking for a strategic hustlersomeone with experience, charm, and grit to bring in high-value clients from the gaming, forex, and crypto verticals.
You must understand the world of high-risk payments and know how to close deals, build partnerships, and generate scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new merchants in high-risk verticals (Gaming, Forex, Crypto, SaaS, etc.
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline of inbound and outbound prospects.
- Execute strategic outreach via LinkedIn, email, events, and partner networks.
- Deliver tailored product demos and negotiate contract terms.
- Collaborate with compliance and risk teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Maintain long-term client relationships and up-sell value-added services.
- Represent PayAgency in conferences, expos, and industry meetups.
Requirements
- 3+ years of sales or BD experience in fintech, payments, PSPs, or acquiring.
- Proven track record in high-risk merchant acquisition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Knowledge of MID structuring, chargeback ratios, and scheme compliance.
- Comfortable speaking with C-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Driven by results, incentives, and fast-paced growth.
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
Nice to Have
- Network in iGaming, Forex, or Crypto sectors.
- Previous experience working with high-risk acquirers or offshore banks.
- Familiarity with PCI-DSS, 3DS, KYC/AML, and fraud tech.
