Position Overview:
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to join our growing team at our Greater Noida office.
- The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure efficiency in process execution, and support strategic initiatives that enhance our fintech services.
- You will play a pivotal role in aligning operational workflows with the company's vision and delivering exceptional service experiences to our business clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage end-to-end operational activities within the company.
- Monitor payment processing systems and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth transactions.
- Coordinate with the technology, sales, and support teams to streamline client onboarding and service delivery.
- Design and implement SOPs to improve efficiency and reduce operational risks.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and data security standards in operational processes.
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate third-party service providers as needed.
- Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in fintech, banking, or payment solutions.
- Proven track record in managing teams and complex operational workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to digital payments and financial services.
- Proficiency in operational tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
