About the Company:
- We are a Pune-based engineering company specializing in Welding Automation and Line Automation solutions.
- Our offerings include robotic welding lines, special purpose machines (SPMs), manual welding fixtures, conveyor and material handling systems, and cutting-edge IOT & Industry 4.0 solutions for assembly lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive sales growth across automation solutions (Robotic Welding Lines, SPMs, Assembly Line Automation, etc.)
- Identify new business opportunities and client segments in the Delhi NCR region
- Prepare technical concepts, layouts, and process plans in coordination with the engineering team
- Conduct cost estimations and prepare commercial proposals aligned with project requirements
- Lead sales coordination activities from inquiry to order closure
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
- Collaborate with internal teams (Design, Production, Projects) to ensure alignment on technical and commercial fronts
- Represent the company in trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings to promote products and services
- Track market trends, competition, and customer feedback to refine go-to-market strategies
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong technical understanding of industrial automation systems and welding technologies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and propose feasible automation solutions
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and basic design tools
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a client-facing role
- Good business acumen with a strong customer-centric approach
Qualifications:
- B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)
- MBA in Sales / Marketing / Business Administration (Preferred)
