We're Hiring: Partnerships & Growth Founders Office
Are you a high-energy, entrepreneurial professional ready to work directly with founders and drive impact in the fintech ecosystem? This is your chance to build partnerships, raise capital, and execute high-growth strategies at the frontlines of innovation.
What youll do:
- Drive fintech & NBFC partnerships (co-lending & FLDG structures).
- Source, evaluate & onboard investors/partners in the lending ecosystem.
- Build strong networks with fintech founders, NBFCs & capital providers.
- Lead proposals, financial models, business projections & fundraising decks.
- Support debt raising by engaging with institutional & private investors.
- Collaborate with legal/compliance on fintech & NBFC contracts.
- Track competitors, market trends & regulatory shifts in fintech.
- Manage multiple workstreams with structured follow-ups & seamless execution.
- Solve high-impact business problems through deep analysis & structured problem-solving.
What were looking for:
- 4+ years in fintech/NBFC/financial services (co-lending or FLDG exp. a big plus).
- Strong academic credentials (selective programs/exams preferred).
- Entrepreneurial mindset ability to take an idea 1 - 100.
- Decision-making under ambiguity; thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
- Analytical + problem-solving skills; Excel & PPT proficiency.
- Passion for fintech, lending ecosystems, and capital markets.
