Partner Stat Audit - Taxation

We are seeking a highly skilled Taxation Specialist to manage tax computation, compliance, and filing processes for companies, partnership firms, and individuals. The ideal candidate will have expertise in tax planning, regulatory compliance, and handling tax assessments, including scrutiny and appeals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accurately compute and file tax returns for companies, partnership firms, and individual taxpayers, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.

2. Manage tax computation and return filing for expatriates, considering their specific tax obligations and international taxation aspects.

3. Compute and manage Advance Tax payments to optimize tax liabilities and ensure timely compliance.

4. Perform Minimum Alternate Tax (MAT) calculations, ensuring adherence to applicable provisions under the Income Tax Act.

5. Assess and compute Deferred Tax liabilities and assets, ensuring proper reflection in financial statements as per accounting standards.

6. Provide consultancy on Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) matters, ensuring proper deduction, deposit, and compliance with TDS regulations.

7. File TDS returns and ensure accurate reconciliation to avoid penalties or notices from tax authorities.

8. Conduct Tax Audits in compliance with statutory requirements.

9. Handle Transfer Pricing Audits, ensuring transactions with related parties adhere to arm's length principles and regulatory guidelines.

10. Represent clients or organizations in tax assessments, scrutiny proceedings, and appeal cases before tax authorities.

11. Prepare necessary documentation, responses, and arguments to defend tax positions and resolve disputes effectively.

12. Assist clients in obtaining Lower Tax Deduction Certificates under relevant tax provisions to minimize tax liabilities and improve cash flow.
