HR Consulting and Strategy:
- Executing HR consulting projects related to Organization Design, Total Rewards, M&A , Performance Management, Talent Management & Succession planning, Talent Acquisition, Culture Transformation Management, HR technology solutions and others
- Developing data-driven strategies to optimise processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Conducting in-depth analyses of client operations to identify challenges and opportunities.
- Developing and implementing HR solutions that align with client business goals.
- Building and fostering long-term client relationships through trust, value delivery, and strategic insights
- Creating opportunities in existing/ potential accounts and engage with the client CXO team on a regular basis to create larger share of mind for driving business
Client Engagement Leadership:
- Lead and manage client engagements, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Researching and identifying opportunities, generating leads, target identification and classification
- Cultivating and creating new CXO level client relationships
- Developing trusted relationships to enable consultative selling, making presentations or pitches outlining our key offerings pertinent to client requirements
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing and new client relationships
Client Acquisition and Retention:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and challenges
- Developing new business and maintaining client relationships are essential duties.
- Managing partners often engage directly with key clients and lead client acquisition strategies to ensure a stable and growing customer base
- Leading client engagements, ensuring successful delivery of projects and achieving client objectives
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing proposals and pitches to win new clients
Skills and Qualifications:
- MBA in Human Resource Management with 15 years and above of industry experience in BFSI, IT, FMCG, CD, Telco & Media & Entertainment, Healthcare & Life Sciences
- HR Management Consulting: Extensive experience in HR management consulting. Strong understanding of HR principles, policies, and best practices
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional relationship-building skills and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Strategic Thinking and Problem Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues. Creative mindset and ability to pitch out-of-the-box solutions
- Industry Knowledge: Deep knowledge of the industry or sector in which the firm specializes.
- Client Acquisition & Management: Experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Proven ability to build and manage client relationships
