Description:

- Lead sales and business development initiatives targeting the banking and finance ecosystem.

- Drive end-to-end consulting engagements with a focus on ESG, sustainable finance, and climate risk.

- Build strategic relationships with senior stakeholders and design tailored sustainability solutions.

- Serve as a thought leader and represent the firm in external forums and sustainability platforms.

- Guide and mentor consulting teams while fostering a culture of innovation and impact.

Profile:

The ideal candidate will bring 12+ years of experience in the Banking and Finance sector, including a strong track record in sales leadership or consulting roles. They will possess deep knowledge of ESG principles, sustainable finance, and climate-related risks, along with strong stakeholder engagement, leadership, and communication skills. A passion for sustainability and an ability to translate it into business impact is critical.
