We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Manager - Accounts to join our finance team in Sanand, Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have 5-6years of experience in accounting, with a strong background in balance sheet finalization, audit, and team management. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and analytical skills, capable of leading a team of 4-5 members and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and finalize balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and ledgers.
- Conduct detailed scrutiny of financial statements and ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and present comprehensive MIS reports to management using Tally and Excel.
- Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets.
Audit and Compliance:
- Lead and manage various audits, including tax audits.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation.
Team Management:
- Lead and supervise a team of 4-5 accounting professionals.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance and training.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

Daily Accounting Operations:
- Oversee daily routine accounting entries and ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Resolve accounting discrepancies and issues.
