- We are now looking for a Senior Manager - Partnerships (Affiliates & Publishers) to lead our publisher growth strategy, expand partnerships, and optimize affiliate-driven revenue.

- This is a high-impact, strategic role where you will be responsible for building relationships, driving revenue, and ensuring publisher success in our network.

Your Role at Cuelinks:

- As a Senior Manager - Partnerships (Affiliates & Publishers), you will be responsible for expanding our publisher ecosystem, managing a team, and scaling our affiliate marketing partnerships.

- You will work with deal/coupon platforms, cashback & loyalty programs, content publishers, influencer networks, and niche affiliates to maximize performance marketing outcomes.

Your goal?


- Enhance publisher engagement, optimize campaign performance, lead a high-impact team, and scale affiliate-driven revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership & Development:

- Build, mentor, and lead a team of affiliate and publisher managers to drive partnerships and revenue growth.

- Define clear KPIs, performance benchmarks, and career development plans for the team.

- Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and data-driven decision-making within the partnerships team.

- Provide coaching, training, and strategic guidance to maximize team impact and performance.

2. Affiliate & Publisher Acquisition & Growth:

- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-value publishers, influencers, and strategic partners to drive revenue.

- Develop customized engagement strategies to increase publisher retention and optimize monetization opportunities.

- Lead contract negotiations, commission structures, and incentive models to strengthen partnerships.

- Expand relationships with coupon/deals platforms, cashback & loyalty programs, content sites, and emerging affiliate models.

3. Performance Optimization & Revenue Growth:

- Monitor traffic quality, conversion rates, and partner performance to maximize efficiency.

- Implement data-driven strategies to improve campaign performance across CPS, CPL, CPI, CPR models.

- Identify new monetization opportunities through exclusive publisher collaborations and high-performing content partnerships.

- Leverage A/B testing, real-time insights, and predictive analytics to optimize campaign outcomes.

4. Data-Driven Decision Making & Tracking Systems:

- Track and analyze KPIs such as ROI, CPA, EPC, Click-to-Conversion rates, and Publisher LTV.

- Utilize affiliate tracking platforms.

- Work closely with the tech team to resolve tracking discrepancies, ensure seamless attribution, and improve reporting accuracy.

- Develop real-time dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for senior leadership.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure seamless publisher onboarding and campaign execution.

- Improve tracking infrastructure, postback integrations, and attribution models for accurate reporting and revenue measurement.

- Partner with Finance & Legal teams to manage contract negotiations, compliance, and payment structures for affiliates.

What We're Looking For?

- 6-10 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Publisher Management, or Performance Marketing.

- Proven expertise in acquiring and scaling publisher partnerships to drive revenue growth.

- Strong experience in team management, leadership, and mentorship of high-performing teams.

- Expertise in negotiation, performance-based incentive models, and strategic partner engagement.

- Deep understanding of affiliate tracking systems (Tune, Impact, Partnerize, Rakuten, CJ, AppsFlyer, WebEngage, GA4) for tracking, attribution, and optimization.

- Strong analytical skills - ability to interpret reports, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions.

- Experience managing coupon, cashback, influencer, and content-based publisher relationships.

- Excellent relationship management, communication, and leadership skills.

- Ability to work independently, lead projects, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
