Educational background and Experience:

1. MBA/CA is preferred. Extremely good academic background

2. At least 2 years of experience in Venture Funds/Investment Banks/Due Diligence

3. Must have handled end to end deal execution

4. Equipped in client interaction

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. End to end deal execution

2. Preparing pitch material like Business Plan, Information Memorandum

3. Leading Due Diligence

4. Negotiating transaction documents

5. Monthly performance review post funding
