About the Role
The Customer Success team at ParallelDots focuses on ensuring successful and seamless implementations of our products for our customers globally. We work on a wide variety of complex and challenging projects to ensure that our solutions meet our customers needs and achieve their business goals. Customer Success team is responsible for delivering all client projects. We value relationship building and guiding the client to success. This role is at the confluence of sales, product, engineering, data science and data ops verticals - where all come together to deliver complex AI projects for our clients. Customer Success offers the best exposure to business context, tech, internal functioning of all verticals within the company and client relationships.

Project Management Associates play a key role in supporting client onboarding and implementation processes. They are responsible for executing defined tasks that contribute to the successful and timely delivery of projects.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for clients onto the ParallelDots platform, ensuring a seamless and timely experience.
- Manage and execute client-driven change requests with precision and clear communication.
- Take ownership of delivering client requirements throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining high standards of responsiveness and accountability.
- Support Project Coordinators in demonstrating tangible ROI to clients by aligning delivery efforts with business outcomes.
- Contribute to improving project operations by identifying and implementing efficiency opportunities in workflows and tools.
- Maintain high-quality standards in all aspects of data processing and reporting
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all data shared with clients, enabling trusted decision-making.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, conditional logic); experience with advanced Excel functions is a strong plus.
- Prior experience where ownership and problem-solving were key to success.
- High level of personal accountability you consistently deliver accurate, on-time outputs that clients can rely on.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to drive progress by coordinating across internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Highly adaptable and proactive, with a bias for action and the ability to thrive in dynamic, client-driven environments.
