
Sales Planning & Analysis
- Supporting the SBU in developing region-wise quarterly and annual sales plans.
- Conduct performance diagnostics by region and align strategies with sales targets.
- Provide actionable insights through data modeling and advanced analytics.
Field Force Alignment & Execution Oversight
- Coordinate closely with Regional Business Managers (RBMs) and Area Business Managers (ABMs) to ensure quarterly plans are well-understood and implemented.
- Monitor the potential and performance of doctors/institutions and provide support in resource allocation.
- Audit field execution standards and identify process deviations or gaps.
Stock Movement & Demand Forecasting
- Track regional stock movement patterns to prevent excess inventory or shortfalls.
- Detect and addressing early warning signs of product dumping.
- Collaborate with supply chain and demand planning teams to refine forecasts based on real-time trends and market dynamics.
Strategic Reporting & Collaboration
- Generate regular performance dashboards, market opportunity reports, and deviation alerts for leadership review.
- Act as a strategic partner to marketing and medical affairs in rolling out region-specific campaigns or initiatives.
- Provide input into incentive planning and budgeting from a regional performance perspective.
