Panacea Biotec is looking for a dynamic Regional Business Manager (RBM) with proven expertise in Pediatrics / Nutrition Sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly & annual sales targets and ensure regional business growth.

- Lead & mentor a team of FLMs and MRs to ensure 100%+ target achievement.

- Build lasting relationships with Pediatricians and other healthcare professionals.

- Monitor competitor activities and execute tactical business strategies.

- Drive customer delight through effective coverage, prescription honor, and feedback systems.

- Conduct sales reviews, analyze performance data, and implement corrective plans.

- Ensure compliance, timely reporting, and flawless execution of marketing strategies.
