Key Responsibilities:
Marketplace & Website Management:
- Oversee daily operations of all e-commerce marketplaces and the 7nshop.com website.
- Ensure product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for conversion.
- Maintain a seamless and engaging customer experience.
Sales & Growth Strategy:
- Drive revenue growth across all digital channels.
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing ones.
- Monitor performance against competitive benchmarks and identify opportunities for improvement.
Digital Marketing Execution:
- Plan, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns to boost traffic, conversion, and engagement.
- Collaborate with creative, product, and content teams to ensure alignment with brand
guidelines.
Team & Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Lead and develop the digital marketing & e-commerce team.
- Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service, IT) to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
- Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
Customer Experience & Satisfaction:
- Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction scores.
- Drive initiatives to improve post-purchase experience and loyalty.
Key Metrics:
- Revenue Growth: Overall increase in online sales across marketplaces and the website.
- Customer Acquisition: Percentage of new customers and Percentage of Sales from New Customers
- Customer Retention Rate: Percentage of returning customers and percentage of sales from returning customers.
- Profit Margins: Gross profit margins across platforms.
- Operational Efficiency: Percentage of Deliveries on time.
- Team Performance: Performance metrics and output from each team.
- Customer Satisfaction Score: Overall satisfaction of the online shopping experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or MBA.
- 10 -15 years in digital marketing & ecommerce, with 35 years in a leadership role.
- Proven record in growing online sales, managing P&L, and working with marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Tata 1mg) & D2C websites.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, performance marketing, and marketplace advertising.
- Strong skills in web analytics (Google Analytics) and ecommerce platforms
- Data-driven with strong analytical, strategic thinking, and ROI optimization skills.
- Experienced in leading cross-functional teams and managing budgets.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and vendor negotiation skills
