Business Development is key role

As a Business Manager for Consumer Products at Paisabazaar.com, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth, optimizing processes, and monetizing our consumer products. You will be responsible for developing and executing business plans and Go-to-Market strategies, identifying strategic growth opportunities, and collaborating closely with partners to scale our partnerships and business development,

and the ability to drive results-oriented initiatives.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategies to achieve growth-focused Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for consumer products.

- Drive business planning processes and implement Go-to-Market strategies for consumer products.

- Explore, identify, and execute on strategic growth opportunities to expand our market presence.

- Collaborate with partners to understand their business models and work towards scaling existing partnerships.

- Foster strong relationships with partners to ensure mutual success and achievement of shared goals.

- Monitor and track the progress of market-specific product improvements.

- Implement and measure funnels to assess the effectiveness of various initiatives.

- Leverage usability studies, research, and market analysis to gain insights into market-specific product requirements.

- Develop and own program-specific user journeys, ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding to user success.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data-driven insights to make strategic decisions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Prior Experience in financial services or fintech is desirable.
