Location: Pune, India

Shift Timings : Rotational / Night Shift (9:00 PM - 6:00 AM)

Experience : 2 - 8 Years

Education: MBA (preferred)

Role Overview:

- We are seeking an experienced Paid Social Manager to lead our social media advertising efforts.

- The ideal candidate will be an expert in developing, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across major social platforms like Meta (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and Snapchat.

- You will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, brand awareness, and engagement through highly targeted and data-driven social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and manage paid social media campaigns from inception to completion.

- Develop a comprehensive paid social strategy aligned with business goals and marketing objectives.

- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to achieve optimal ROI.

- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and targeting to continuously improve campaign performance.

- Analyze campaign data and provide detailed performance reports, insights, and recommendations.

- Stay ahead of the curve on new social media platforms, ad formats, and algorithm changes.

- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and with content teams for messaging alignment.

- Ensure all campaigns adhere to platform policies and best practices.

- Leverage advanced features like custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting to maximize campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:

- Extensive hands-on experience in managing large-scale paid social media campaigns.

- Expertise in Meta Business Manager and other major social advertising platforms.

- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret data and make data-backed decisions.

- Excellent understanding of social media marketing principles, including audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and creative best practices.

- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- MBA in Marketing or a related field is highly preferred
