Location: Gurgaon, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Coimbatore, Bangalore

Shift: Night Shift

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners to a maximum of 30 days of notice.


About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and skilled Paid Social Account Manager to join our growing digital marketing team. In this night-shift role, you'll be responsible for leading a team and managing paid social campaigns across various platforms. You'll work closely with clients to develop and execute winning strategies, analyze campaign performance, and ensure we deliver exceptional results.


Key Responsibilities

- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 10 or more paid social specialists, providing guidance on campaign strategy, optimization, and reporting to ensure team success and professional growth.

- Campaign Management: Be an expert in setting up, launching, and managing paid social campaigns from start to finish. This includes hands-on work within Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, Pinterest, and Snapchat, ensuring all campaigns align with the client's media plan and brief.

- Reporting & Analysis: Own the reporting process by producing comprehensive weekly, monthly, quarterly, and end-of-campaign reports. Go beyond the numbers to provide in-depth observations and actionable insights. Youll be responsible for making strategic recommendations based on campaign performance to inform future initiatives.

- Strategic Planning: Participate in and lead client-facing strategy discussions. Collaborate with clients to develop and refine paid social strategies, including audience targeting, ad formats, bidding strategies, and budget allocation.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as a key point of contact for multiple brand owners and clients. Work effectively with internal teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of high-quality work.


Qualifications

- A bachelor's degree is required; an MBA is highly preferred.

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in paid social media marketing.

- Proven experience in managing and leading a team of 10 or more people.

- Deep, hands-on expertise with all major paid social platforms, including Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, Pinterest, and Snapchat.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into clear, actionable insights and strategies.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies to clients and internal teams.

- A proactive and collaborative mindset, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
