Paid Search (PPC) Manager
Location : Pune, India
Shift Timings : Rotational / Night Shift (9:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
Experience : 2 - 8 Years
Education: MBA (preferred)
Role Overview:
- We are looking for a highly skilled Paid Search (PPC) Manager to lead our search engine marketing efforts.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.
- You will be responsible for driving high-quality traffic, leads, and sales while managing a significant advertising budget.
- This role requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical skills, and strategic thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search engines.
- Conduct extensive keyword research to identify new opportunities and optimize existing campaigns.
- Write compelling ad copy, test different ad formats, and manage ad extensions to improve click-through rates and quality scores.
- Manage and optimize campaign budgets, bids, and targeting strategies to achieve specific ROI and CPA goals.
- Analyze campaign performance data, generate detailed reports, and provide actionable insights.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to inform our PPC strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SEO, content, and development, to ensure a cohesive digital marketing strategy.
- Ensure proper tracking and attribution through Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and other tools.
- Stay current with new PPC features, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing successful PPC campaigns, preferably with large budgets.
- Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) and Bing Ads.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
- Excellent understanding of keyword research, bidding strategies, and ad copywriting.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Google Ads certification is a plus.
- MBA in Marketing or a related field is highly preferred
