P&L Leader

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in establishing new business lines or product lines and will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company, overseeing end-to-end strategy development, and ensuring successful execution with the support of a cross-functional team.

Must have a strong experience of working in agri start ups/Biotechnology/Animal Nutrition Start ups.

Reporting Manager - CEO

- Drive the development and execution of comprehensive business plans, including product strategy, market penetration, and operational efficiency.

- Lead, inspire, and manage a cross-functional team, including veterinary experts, IVF specialists, herd management professionals, assistant lab managers, and sales personnel.

- Represent the company in key industry forums, events, and client interactions to enhance brand visibility.

- Industry preferred - agriculture, animal health/nutrition, or biotechnology or dairy processing sector.

The incumbent will have a team of sales, Doctors, Farm management, Lab reporting into him.

Must have an experience of working in a Startup environment - agri/dairy/animal health based start ups.
