Position: Outreach Manager (School Partnerships)


Location: Gurgaon (Extensive travel to multiple locations across India required)

Working Days: 6 days


Work Timings: 10am -7pm


Experience Required: 2- 6years

Position Overview:


We are looking to hire dynamic and experienced Outreach Managers across India to drive awareness and engagement for various programs. This role involves relationship building, communication, and strategic outreach to expand our visibility in schools, colleges, education fairs, and relevant communities.


Key Responsibilities:


- Build and maintain strong partnerships with school leaders, counselors, and academic heads to promote programs.


- Represent our client at career fairs, expos, workshops, webinars, and other relevant forums to position the brand as a top choice for business and tech education.

- Execute region-specific outreach campaigns to attract the best talent from high schools across India.

- Manage and nurture relationships with various stakeholders including parents, principals, education consultants, and partner organizations.

- Provide regional insights and feedback from the ground to help refine program offerings and communication strategies.

- Maintain a database of outreach activities and partnerships. Track effectiveness, leads generated, and conversion rates to continuously improve outreach strategies.


Ideal Candidate Profile:


- A Masters degree in Business, Marketing, PR, or a related field is strongly preferred.

- 34 years of experience in outreach, admissions, partnerships, education consulting, or

stakeholder management.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong presentation and public speaking

abilities. High energy, self-motivated, and target-driven. Comfortable with extensive travel as required.
