Position: Outreach Manager (School Partnerships)
Location: Gurgaon (Extensive travel to multiple locations across India required)

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent our client at career fairs, expos, workshops, webinars, and other relevant forums to position the brand as a top choice for business and tech education.
- Execute region-specific outreach campaigns to attract the best talent from high schools across India.
- Manage and nurture relationships with various stakeholders including parents, principals, education consultants, and partner organizations.
- Provide regional insights and feedback from the ground to help refine program offerings and communication strategies.
- Maintain a database of outreach activities and partnerships. Track effectiveness, leads generated, and conversion rates to continuously improve outreach strategies.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 34 years of experience in outreach, admissions, partnerships, education consulting, or
stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong presentation and public speaking
abilities. High energy, self-motivated, and target-driven. Comfortable with extensive travel as required.
