
Outbound Sales Lead (Global)
We are hiring a results-oriented, data-driven leader to lead and scale the Outbound Channel function for a high-growth SaaS company. As Outbound Lead, youll own the strategy, team development, and execution of outbound sales across India, ME, and SEA, focusing on building a strong pipeline in the mid-market and enterprise segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute outbound strategy, building and managing a high-performing BDR team across regions.
- Develop targeted, persona-based playbooks to engage decision-makers.
- Drive best practices in prospecting, sequencing, objection handling, and multi-threaded account engagement.
- Manage and optimize outbound tools and ensure strong CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) discipline.
- Track key performance metrics connect rates, meetings booked, pipeline generated and use data to optimize outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, RevOps, and Product teams to align messaging, lead scoring, and handoffs.
- Explore new channels (WhatsApp, video, voice notes) and leverage GenAI for smarter outreach and personalization.
To Fit the bill, you must have:
- 8 - 12 years in SaaS sales or demand generation, with 3+ years in outbound leadership roles.
- Proven success scaling BDR teams and outbound processes in mid-market and enterprise segments.
- Strong analytical skills, with a focus on metrics, funnel management, and performance improvement.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working in alignment with Marketing and SDR teams in a structured GTM approach.
