About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Outbound Sales Head (IT) to lead our outbound sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building new client pipelines, driving revenue growth, and managing key relationships in the IT domain.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and execute outbound sales strategies to meet business targets

- Identify, prospect, and generate qualified leads through calls, emails, networking, and industry events

- Build, nurture, and maintain long-term client relationships while acting as the primary contact for key accounts

- Drive the full sales cycle including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure of deals

- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, pre-sales, delivery) to ensure seamless client engagement

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities

- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, reporting regularly to leadership

- Ensure consistent achievement of individual and team sales goals

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual outbound sales targets

- Increase customer acquisition and client base in the IT services/product domain

- Maintain a high conversion ratio from qualified leads to closed deals

- Enhance customer retention and revenue growth from key accounts

- Improve outbound sales productivity and optimize the sales process

- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to management

Required Skillsets

- Strong knowledge of IT sales processes, products, and services

- Proven track record in outbound B2B IT sales with 36 years of experience

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Ability to generate leads and build strong sales pipelines independently

- Strong relationship management and networking capabilities

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales metrics and trends

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient under pressure

- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms
