Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation & Sales: Identify and qualify new business opportunities for Microsoft solutions (Azure, SharePoint, Dynamics).

- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs to offer customized solutions.

- Solution Selling: Work closely with technical teams to create tailored proposals and present value-driven solutions.

- Negotiation & Closing: Manage the entire sales cycle, handle negotiations, and achieve sales targets.

- Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Skills and Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in business development or sales, with a focus on Microsoft technologies.

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft cloud solutions (Azure, SharePoint, Dynamics).

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Proven track record of managing the full sales cycle and achieving targets.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.

- Microsoft certifications (preferred).
