Job Description:

Cost management (Logistics & Warehousing):

- Commodity, Cost & Spend Management

- Annual budgeting & planning

- Annual Target setting, evaluation and achievement

Sourcing Strategy:

- Implementing 3PL/4PL strategies across India for Warehousing and Logistics

- Sourcing strategy decision making -Grow, Fix, Exit strategy for lean supply chain

- Synchronize & align departmental strategies & Goal from the Organization objective.

Supplier management:

- Supplier evaluation, selection & LTA

- Supplier Analysis

- Supplier Development

- Supplier Performance Analysis

- Supplier SWOT Analysis

- Supplier Audits & Strategic Rationalization

People/Team Management:

- Team Management Development, engagement and team building

- Performance Management

- Spearheading deliverables & actions for realization of targets involving CFT

Essential Requirements:

- Should have sound knowledge in strategic sourcing & operational activities.

- Leadership quality & Negotiation skill.

- Ability to handle team of managers and should have good supplier orientation.

- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
