- Auto Inspection system through vision camera & Decision making - Country Specific Energy Label , WIP Label , Model number , Country

- Country specific Legal & Regulation compliance monitory online fool proof - Energy, Safety compliance

- Predictive maintenance System implementation for frequent breakdown Machines & Facility

-Auto Work instruction & Tool /Machine Operative Manual , Maintenance procedure , Tool / drawing Data obtained by just one Scan

- 3D Printing Application for making Quick jigs & Fixture available & reduce Idle time

- Fully responsible for Operation of most mordenized automated manufacturing unit

- Focusing on Implementation of industry 4.0 (Smart Factory Concept) initiatives to integrate Human and Robots in Production for enhancing processes.

- Providing leadership for the successful day to day operation of the facility

- Developing strategies &policies to remove waste & constraints from production process to improve efficiency & productivity.

- Material Requirement Planning i.e. co-ordinating with Production Planning & Procurement for the smooth operation of the plant.

- Monitoring of operational expenses and research ways to reduce expense while maintaining product quality.

- Develop & execute plant the plant manufacturing budget through tracking mechanism of each aspect of operation.

- Looking after the ODM & OEM Production units & making strategies for the operation of third party manufacturing.

- Involvement in the new product development and ensuring the manufacturing facilities for the same.

- Looking after the New factory projects related to line, equipment or facility set up.

- Assures product and process quality by designing testing methods; testing finished- product and process capabilities; establishing standards; confirming manufacturing processes.

- Contribute to new business initiatives and projects and review and communicate the impact on business.

- Taking care of Plant Maintenance ensure machine availability, managing dysfunctional machinery with the Shift management
