Job Description for IR function:

- Develop a differentiated and robust investor relations strategy based on a solid framework

- Work on understanding the company and its business drivers

- Working on company disclosures like Investor Presentations, Press Releases, and Annual reports

- Understanding the competitive landscape and conducting peer analysis for the company

- Responsibility for overseeing and managing quarterly earnings and conference calls

- Speaking to fund managers/buy-side analysts and keeping them up-to-date on coverage

- Creating visibility for the entity for enhanced coverage from sell-side analysts by rigorous engagements like Corporate day, site visits, corporate visits, port visits, etc

- Conducting Non-Deal road shows to ensure enhanced coverage of all direct investors and investor community to provide the fair value of the listed entity

- Poise and maturity to handle C-suite relationships and develop an ability to add value to them

Preferred Experience/Skill Sets:

- MBA/PGDM and preferably, with specialization in Finance

- Thorough understanding of key metrics for companies

- Keen interest in the business drivers and investing fundamentals

- Excellent presentation and communication skills
