Organisational Development Role
- Collaborate with senior management to assess organizational needs and develop strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Implement change management initiatives to support the company's growth's and transformation.
- Lead and support reviews at dept. levels, Business level, corporate level, Strategic Initiatives design and monthly updating of various OD & Cultural Interventions.
- Support: Culture building and employer of choice initiatives by leading GPTW (EE) survey and action plans closure.
- To support senior HR Leaders within the team in development and implementation of career development and succession planning programs to identify, nurture and retain high potential talent.
- To assess organisation wide roles to identify key critical roles and establish the critical role frame in the organisation.
- To finalize the engagement plan for identified valued talent through Competency Assessment Behavioral & Technical /Functional for the team and enabling them to fulfill their TNI
