Job Description: Organic Marketing Lead

We are looking to hire an Organic Marketing Lead to join our Growth team. The ideal candidate has high customer empathy, strong problem solving mindset and brings high energy to discovering and scaling growth levers. The employee will work directly with the Growth Head and the Founders. This is a terrific opportunity to build new customer acquisition channels, scale existing channels & own key deliverables in a fast growth startup environment.

Role

- Work on building & scaling key growth channels like SEO, community, social media.

- Research industry best practices in GTM for these domains - both through secondary sources and from primary interviews with relevant companies.

- Understand the target audience deeply to create value-adding content and execute campaigns across different channels

- Analyse & track these campaigns and build the marketing funnel to establish channel-wise effectiveness & optimise the funnel (vol, quality, cost)

- Build relationships/partnerships with customers, industry bodies and relevant communities

1. B.Tech, B.A. Economics or Mass Comm. with 1-2 years of work experience

2. Strong academic record, and credible achievements in extracurricular activities

3. Curiosity for startups, technology and marketing

Location: Bangalore (in-office) Mon-Fri, with occasional travel
