Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Enterprise Deal Desk team to increase effectiveness and overall productivity of enterprise deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Legal, Product, Finance) to enable accurate and profitable deal structuring.
- Structure deals to balance customer requirements with company profitability and compliance.
- Generate sales orders for licensing or consulting deals using standard processes and templates.
- Validate product details, SKUs, pricing, discounts, and legal terms for each deal.
- Maintain appropriate pricing strategies and discount levels to maximize profitability and revenue.
- Direct unresolved requests to the appropriate teams and follow up for timely resolution.
- Maintain transparency across the deal lifecycle with effective communication to stakeholders.
- Partner with Deal Desk management to adapt quickly to evolving business changes and process improvements.
- Identify opportunities for process efficiency and continuous improvement, driving them proactively.
- Ensure compliance with revenue recognition principles and financial reporting impact.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of deal structuring, SaaS pricing, and enterprise deals management.
- Familiarity with discounting policies, revenue recognition accounting, and contract negotiation.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to interact across global teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong collaboration and teamwork mindset with a proactive, "go the extra mile" attitude.
- Adaptable, with the ability to challenge the status quo and drive improvements.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of corporate experience in a global organization (Deal Desk, Bid/Proposal, Pricing, or Order Management preferred).
- Prior exposure to cloud deal management or SaaS business models is an advantage
