Responsibilities:
- Assist in achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of effective sales strategies.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
- Research and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential growth areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Conduct client presentations and product demonstrations.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and forecasts.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer service, to ensure seamless sales processes.
- Provide support and training to junior sales team members.
- Assist the Sales Manager in daily task.
Requirements:
- Min 2 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of sales analytics and reporting tools.
- Experience in conducting market research
