JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for an Oracle fusion Cloud HCM functional lead experienced with Oracle Cloud HCM Functional experience and team management - below are the detailed descriptions:

Position Requirements:

Candidate must have:

- Strong process knowledge in any or all the modules listed above

- Must be able to perform configuration based on the client requirement

- Must have strong knowledge in understanding the gap between the Oracle Product Vs

Client Requirement:

- Must have strong knowledge in writing the Functional Specifications, Drive the Workshops, Coordinate with client Business leads to finalize the conversion template, Perform Unit & End to End Testing.

- Must have strong communication skills plus coordinate with 3rd Party Vendors to test the integrations.

Professional and Educational Qualification:

- Minimum of 16 years of formal education - Preferred BE/BTECH/ME/MTECH/MBA/MCA)

- As functional Lead, domain knowledge is a must

Associates:

- Overall experience of 10 years. Minimum 8 Yrs. of Relevant Experience in cloud HCM

- Must have worked in all the modules from the list - Core HCM, Payroll and Talent management

- Proven ability to manage and configure HCM modules to align with business requirements and enhance HCM operations.

- Strong understanding of SCHCM processes and the capability to translate business needs into Oracle Cloud solutions.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach to work with teams and stakeholders.

- Effective communication skills to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Demonstrated experience in training and supporting users to ensure successful adoption of Oracle Cloud HCM.

- Participates in the improvement of business processes, including but not limited to the following Oracle application-packaged modules including- Oracle Cloud

- Designs, implements, and supporting business processes in an Oracle environment.

- Designs, builds, tests, and deploys various Oracle solutions

- Creates a positive environment by monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations and respecting the work-life quality of team members;

- Provides candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner; and, Keeps leadership informed of progress and issues.
