Oracle Fusion SCM Consultant
Experience: 5+ Years (Pune/Mohali - Hybrid)
- As an Oracle Fusion SCM Consultant, you'll play a critical role in guiding organizations through the transformation to Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Management.
- You'll leverage your expertise to implement, configure, and optimize SCM processes, driving efficiency and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Requirements Definition: Lead workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to thoroughly define, analyze, and document business requirements for various SCM processes.
- Fusion SCM Configuration & Implementation: Design, configure, and implement Oracle Fusion SCM modules, including Inventory Management, Order Management, Procurement, Manufacturing, Planning Central, and Product Hub.
- Solution Design & Best Practices: Translate business requirements into robust Oracle Fusion SCM solutions, ensuring adherence to Oracle Cloud best practices and industry standards.
- Testing & Training Facilitation: Conduct comprehensive testing phases (CRP, SIT, UAT), develop test scripts, and manage defect resolution.
- Provide in-depth training to end-users and create comprehensive training materials.
- Integration & Data Migration: Work closely with technical teams on integration strategies, data conversions, and custom solution development to ensure seamless flow of information.
- Post-Go-Live Support & Optimization: Provide ongoing support post-implementation, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and system optimization.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and user guides.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Solid functional experience with Oracle Fusion SCM modules, demonstrating expertise in at least 2-3 core areas (e. , Order Management, Inventory, Procurement).
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain best practices, logistics, manufacturing, and procurement processes.
- Proven ability to configure and implement Oracle Fusion SCM solutions from requirements gathering to go-live.
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering practical and effective solutions.
