Job Summary:

- We are seeking an experienced Oracle Learning Management (OLM) Functional Consultant to support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of Oracle's Learning Management modules.

- The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle Cloud (HCM/OLM), experience working with HR and learning teams, and the ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional system solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of Oracle Learning Management (OLM) solutions.

- Collaborate with HR, Learning & Development, and IT stakeholders to gather business requirements and recommend system enhancements.

- Configure Oracle OLM modules including catalogs, courses, offerings, learning paths, competencies, and learning plans.

- Support end-to-end testing, data migration, and integration with other Oracle modules (e.g., Core HR, Talent Management).

- Prepare functional specification documents, user training materials, and standard operating procedures.

- Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.

- Conduct user training and workshops on OLM features and best practices.

- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement of the Oracle OLM system.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Oracle product releases and new features.
