Operations Manager - NBFC

Our client is a leading NBFC which provides financing to MSMEs to help them install high quality solar systems. It helps the companies to reduce electricity costs drastically and contribute towards their clean and green environment friendly efforts.

- Manage end-to-end processes for term loans, including disbursement, PDD marking, and LMS entries.

- Oversee monthly due generation, collection placement (NACH), cheque deposits, and refund processing.

- Perform reconciliations for EMI collections, login fees, cash collateral, and loan books with finance.

- Ensure monthly accrual entries and prepare data for lenders, including PQR and portfolio reports.

- Act as the key contact for audit-related queries and compliance processes.

- Analyze inefficiencies and implement optimized workflows to improve TAT and operational effectiveness.

- Collaborate with teams for system enhancements, testing, and automation of manual processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of proven experience in finance operations, preferably with NBFCs or corporate banking.

- Strong expertise in LMS, reconciliations, and MIS reporting.

- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
