The Operations Manager will own the end-to-end execution and optimization of our international logistics network from origin fulfilment hubs to final delivery across global markets.
This role blends strategic carrier/network management with hands-on export hub and fulfilment operations oversight.
You will manage relationships with carriers, 3PL/4PL partners, and courier networks, while simultaneously driving operational excellence at our hubs and FCs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Carrier & Network Operations
- Build Mid-Mile and manage a robust cross-border carrier ecosystem.
- Expand high-efficiency, hyperconnected logistics corridors for international e-commerce.
- Negotiate freight procurement and drive cost competitiveness while ensuring SLA adherence.
- Track and improve performance metrics (transit time, RTO, delivery success rate).
2. Hub & Fulfilment Centre Management
- Lead daily hub operations: goods inward, storage, picking, packing, customs pre-clearance, dispatch to partner warehouses, and courier handovers.
- Maintain optimal warehouse throughput, operational efficiency, and strict SLA compliance.
- Implement and standardize SOPs for scalability and process consistency.
- Act as the bridge between FCs, network operations, and international logistics partners.
Key Skills:
- International freight or courier network management.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end shipment lifecycle in cross-border e-commerce.
- Experience managing carriers (airlines, freight forwarders, couriers, 3PL/4PL) and hub/warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of air cargo, export customs protocols, and multi-country delivery logistics.
- Strong team leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Ownership mindset and resilience in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
