Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.
- 7+ years of proven experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics, preferably in ecommerce, retail, or FMCG.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Expertise in supply chain design, warehouse operations, vendor negotiations, and fulfillment strategies.
- Knowledge of ERP/WMS systems and ecommerce operations tools.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Supply Chain & Logistics: Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, warehousing, order fulfillment, and last-mile delivery.
- Process Optimization: Streamline workflows, introduce automation tools, and ensure operational efficiency at scale.
- Inventory & Vendor Management: Oversee demand forecasting, stock replenishment, and vendor relationships to ensure availability and cost control.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead the operations team across warehouse, logistics, and support functions.
- Technology Enablement: Work with product and tech teams to integrate tools that enhance tracking, visibility, and reporting.
- Customer Experience: Ensure on-time delivery, quality packaging, and smooth returns management for superior customer satisfaction.
- Cost & Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs, control budgets, and continuously drive down operational costs while maintaining service quality.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, safety standards, and operational compliance.
