Operations Head

Scrabble is mandated to hire an Operations Head for a Printing and Packaging company based in Noida.

Key Responsibilities:

- Optimize processes using Lean, Six Sigma, and best practices to reduce costs and improve quality.

- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Production, Quality, Finance, and HR to ensure seamless operations.

- Manage budgets, cost controls, and KPIs to drive profitability and operational excellence.

- Build high-performing teams while ensuring safety, and compliance, and fostering a culture of innovation.

- We are looking for professionals with 15+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry, who have successfully driven operational strategies for multiple plants to enhance efficiency, scalability, and business growth.
