About Us

Duties and Responsibilities

- Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits in coordination with auditors and consultants.

- Oversee monthly closure of books of accounts and the preparation of MIS reports.

- Supervise and guide accountants to ensure accuracy and efficiency in day-to-day accounting.

- Manage accounts of the company as well as sister concerns.

- Strengthen internal controls, standardize processes, and ensure timely financial reporting.

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.

- Monitor receivables, payables, and cash flow to ensure effective financial management.

Key Skills & Competencies

- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Companies Act compliance.

- Hands-on experience in accounting, audits, and financial reporting.

- Proficiency in Tally/ERP systems, MS Excel, and other financial tools.

- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

- Good communication and team management skills.

- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.

Educational Qualification & Experience

Experience:

- 23 years for a qualified CA/CMA.

- 45 years for Non-CA (e.g., MBA Finance or equivalent).
