Responsibilities:
- Recruitment of candidates - Job Postings, Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing and Scheduling.
- Sourcing candidates through various job portals, leveraging Referrals and career page applications, Social Media, etc. to fulfill requisitions.
- Ensuring Robust pipeline of candidates for open positions.
- Hands on experience in IT hiring at all levels.
- Initial screening of resumes and preliminary level interview with candidates.
- Scheduling the candidates for the final round of interview with the stakeholders.
- Maintaining a database of resumes.
- Parsing resumes to ATS for further processing.
- Coordinating with Hiring Managers/Business Heads/Stakeholders for requirement understanding.
Experience : One or more years of experience in IT recruitment for an IT Consulting and Solutions organization or Staffing Agency/HR Consultants.
Required Technical Skills:
- Proven success in recruiting for the technology sector.
- Hands-on experience with ATS.
- Technical expertise and an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
- Experience with various job portals, including but not limited to LinkedIn Talent Solutions, Instahyre, WellFound, iimjobs, etc. to source quality candidates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Tenacity, resourcefulness, and strong ability to build a solid network
