- OneIndia is looking for an Operations Manager to streamline communication between clients, internal teams, and finance departments.
- The role involves campaign management, financial coordination, and process improvements to ensure smooth execution of operations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Act as a key communication bridge between clients, internal teams, and the finance department.
- Coordinate with the Operations Team to facilitate ROs login and ensure smooth execution of processes.
- Supervise and monitor campaign execution and performance to align with campaign requirements.
- Liaise with clients and the traffic team to ensure campaign accuracy and timely delivery.
- Work with the finance team for invoicing, submitting invoices to government clients, and tracking payments.
- Ensure timely follow-up on payments from government clients (Ministries, PSUs, Govt Bodies, etc.
- Identify efficiency gaps and suggest improvements in operational workflows.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in operations management.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Experience in campaign execution and monitoring.
- Knowledge of financial processes, invoicing, and payment tracking.
- Ability to analyze workflows and suggest process improvements
