One MobiKwik Systems - HR Business Partner

Key Responsibilities:

- Strong with data & analytics and hands on in dashboarding.

- Serve as the HR partner for tech teams, aligning people's strategies with business objectives.

- Support leadership in shaping the tech division's culture, organizational design, and change management.

- Collaborate with tech leaders on talent development, including performance, career paths, and succession planning.

- Design and implement engagement and retention programs tailored to tech teams.

- Provide coaching on team dynamics, performance management, and conflict resolution.

- Partner with recruitment to build a robust tech talent pipeline and workforce planning.

- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within tech teams.

- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with legal regulations and company standards.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelors in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

- Experience: 3-5 years in HR business partnering role, preferably in tech.

Skills:

- Deep understanding of tech industry needs, talent, and culture.

- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence leaders.

- Expertise in performance management, talent development, and employee relations.

- Ability to manage complex situations with discretion and adaptability
