Job Title: Director - Corporate Development & Investor Relations

Location: Gurgaon

Who You Are:

- MBA with 10-12 years of experience in corporate development, M&A, investor relations for listed companies, or fundraising roles

- Experience working with listed corporates and fast-paced companies, preferably in financial services or investment banking

- Strong financial acumen with expertise in transaction structuring, public/private market fundraising, M&A execution, and investor relations (IR) leadership

- Well-connected with a strong network of buy-side analysts, investors, and banking professionals

- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to represent the company confidently in market forums

What You Will Do:

- Lead and own the companys Investor Relations program from results preparation to managing relationships with investors, analysts, and attending industry conferences

- Shape and communicate the companys narrative to the market, maintaining transparency and trust

- Build and manage a strong pipeline of corporate development opportunities, focusing on new business drivers and inorganic growth

- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Mobikwik to drive organic and inorganic growth strategies

- Lead fundraising initiatives for both listed parent company and unlisted subsidiaries

- Manage and execute M&A transactions from strategy to integration in coordination with key stakeholders

Qualifications & Skills:

- MBA from a reputed institute

- 10-12 years in corporate development, M&A, investor relations, or fundraising roles

- Experience in listed companies and/or financial services sector highly preferred

- Strong network in financial markets, investment banks, and investor community

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration

- Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills
