Performance Marketing Manager - Acquisition (IC Role)

About the Role:
We're looking for a data-driven and growth-focused Performance Marketing Manager to own and lead our user acquisition strategy for a high-scale B2C, app-first platform. In this individual contributor role, you'll be at the forefront of driving monthly active users (MAUs) and revenue growth through paid digital channels.
You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, UAC) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram). You'll partner closely with cross-functional teams and external agencies to maximize ROI and reduce customer acquisition cost (CAC), while improving lifetime value (LTV).
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute user acquisition strategy across paid platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and emerging channels.
- Optimize end-to-end campaign performance to drive app installs, in-app engagement, and conversion metrics across the funnel.
- Collaborate with creative teams on A/B testing, creative iterations, and ad messaging strategies.
- Analyze and track performance using tools like Firebase, Branch, Google Analytics, CleverTap.
- Develop performance dashboards and generate actionable insights using Power BI, Google Looker Studio, or similar tools.
- Align marketing efforts with in-app product journeys in collaboration with product, tech, and CRM teams.
- Manage and coordinate with external agencies and ad partners to ensure high performance and scalability.
- Stay ahead of platform updates, industry trends, and best practices to keep campaigns optimized and innovative.
What We're Looking For:
- 6-8 years of experience in performance marketing or digital user acquisition.
- Proven success in scaling user acquisition in B2C, fintech, or consumer-tech/app-first environments.
- Deep, hands-on expertise with: Google Ads (Search, Display, UAC)
- Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
- Analytics & Attribution Tools: Firebase, Branch, CleverTap, Google Analytics
- BI & Reporting Tools: Power BI, Google Looker Studio
- Strong grasp of performance metrics: CAC, LTV, ROI, CTR, CVR, retention.
- Analytical thinker with exceptional data interpretation and optimization skills.
- Self-starter who thrives in IC roles with a high level of ownership.
