Performance Management (PMS):
- Design, implement, and manage the organizations performance appraisal framework aligned with business goals.
- Drive quarterly/annual review cycles, goal-setting processes, and calibration discussions.
- Coach managers and employees on performance conversations and feedback culture.
- Partner with leadership to refine role-based KPIs and OKRs.
Rewards & Recognition (R&R):
- Develop and manage tactical (monthly/quarterly) and strategic (annual) R&R programs.
- Collaborate with business leaders to define recognition criteria and ensure alignment with business outcomes.
- Drive participation, visibility, and impact measurement of recognition initiatives.
- Curate special awards (e.g., Best New Joiner, Most Improved, Zero Absenteeism).
HR Analytics:
- Create dashboards and reports on performance trends, R&R impact, and workforce metrics.
- Conduct data-driven analysis on attrition, engagement, and productivity.
- Provide insights and recommendations to HR leadership for strategic decisions.
- Ensure accurate data management and analytics readiness across systems.
