Job Summary:

- We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager with proven expertise in the healthcare industry to lead our sales initiatives and manage a small team.

- The ideal candidate will have a solid track record in healthcare sales and a strong understanding of the industry's unique needs.

- This role will involve developing and implementing sales strategies to expand our client base, driving revenue growth, and mentoring a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution:

- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals within the healthcare sector.

- Drive lead generation efforts, negotiate contracts, and close sales with new and existing healthcare clients.

Team Leadership:

- Manage and mentor a small sales team, setting performance goals and providing guidance to meet individual and team targets.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and training opportunities to enhance team capabilities.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

- Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and presenting solutions that align with their objectives.

Market Analysis and Reporting:

- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and business opportunities within the healthcare sector.

- Track and report sales metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimizing sales performance.

Collaboration and Cross-functional Engagement:

- Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives and product offerings.

- Provide feedback on client needs and industry trends to support product development and marketing efforts.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in sales, with a background in the healthcare industry.

- Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a small sales team to achieve individual and team goals.

- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of healthcare systems, regulatory requirements, and market dynamics.

- Sales and Negotiation Skills: Proven track record of successful sales closures, with excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills.

- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities for effective client engagement and team management.
