ONDC - Specialist - Talent Acquisition

- Partner with business teams to forecast and deliver on hiring needs.

- Drive end-to-end recruitment using modern platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, AI tools, assessment tech, etc.).

- Experiment with new-age hiring methods - hackathons, digital campaigns, social hiring, and referral drives.

- Lead campus & intern hiring cycles, ensuring pipeline and timely onboarding.

- Manage recruitment vendors and drive closures for niche and senior roles.

- Deliver a seamless candidate experience and build ONDC's brand as an employer of choice.

Desired Skills & Experience

- 5-8 years in Talent Acquisition with latest experience in a new-age tech, digital, or eCommerce organization.

- Exposure in working on niche skills & roles.

- Strong command of digital sourcing, market mapping, and networking.

- Hands-on with ATS/HRMS (Zoho preferred) and data-driven hiring dashboards.

- Agile, independent, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
