Key responsibilities:
- Develop product-market-fit for the category in an unbundled Network environment
- Work closely with demand apps and supply aggregators to drive funnel excellence
- Track category performance and think out of the box tech-first solutions on how to grow.
- Identify growth opportunities from product, supply or demand generation perspective, and execute it end-to-end with complete ownership
- Collaborate with third party delivery services providers, and technology firms providing SaaS
solutions to enable transactions on the Network
- Support promotions, merchandising activities, and site improvements to boost conversion and customer engagement
- Be overall responsible for Categorys value proposition, growth and customer satisfaction
Skills:
- Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Overall 6-8 years of post MBA experience in sales & startup ecosystem
- Prior category management / growth experience with an early stage startup will be important
- Retail sales experience, preferably with consumer goods or consumer durables organisations, will be added advantage
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills with proficiency in data analysis tools
- Hands-on approach to problem statements with in-depth consumer understanding, and ability to execute fast
